For a long time, I thought love was something I had to earn.

When my emotional needs weren't met as a child, I got really good at focusing on everyone else's needs instead of my own. I over-gave. I people-pleased. I kept the peace.

 

And somewhere along the way, I started believing that if I just loved hard enough, waited patiently enough, or gave enough of myself away, the love, attention, and understanding I longed for would eventually find its way back to me.

Spoiler alert: it didn't.

 

Instead, those patterns followed me into adulthood.

 

I found myself overlooking red flags, second-guessing my intuition, and searching for the love and acceptance my inner child had been craving all along.

 

Eventually, life handed me one lesson too many, and I reached a breaking point.

 

Through therapy, energy healing, and a whole lot of inner work, I began uncovering the wounds, beliefs, and energetic baggage I had been carrying for years. Little by little, I stopped looking outside myself for answers and started reconnecting with the wisdom that had been within me all along.

 

That's when I realized healing wasn't about becoming someone new. It was about giving my inner child the love, safety, and acceptance she had been waiting for all those years.

 

That journey changed everything.

 

Today, I help women navigating life's transitions reconnect with themselves, trust their intuition, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

 

What began as a search for healing became a calling to help other women find their way back to themselves.

 

And so, Aura + Arrow was born.
