I know what it's like to be made to feel small.

As a child, when my feelings were hurt, I did everything I could to earn back the love of others.

This often looked like over-giving and swallowing my own emotions to bring a sense of peace and
harmony to my life.

Of course, this learned behavior carried into adulthood, and I repeated this pattern with each new relationship I attempted to make my "happily ever after".

I didn't understand that I was still chasing the love and approval that the little girl in me was craving.

I ignored red flags while dating because my nervous system was taught that love doesn't always come easy.

Eventually, after many years of disappointments and heart aches, the results of one final ignored red flag led me to a breaking point. Only then was I able to connect the dots and finally be ready to evolve.

I worked with an energy healer to reveal the parts of me that needed healing and we released every energy chord that was still tied to past relationships.

Because I made space for what my soul needed, I was able to realize my life purpose- which is to help women impacted by toxic relationships.

And then Aura and Arrow was born.

Aura and Arrow is named after the powerful energy field that surrounds all living beings (the Aura), and my calling to guide women on a path to personal enlightenment (the Arrow).
