What is the Evolve Healing Initiative?
The Evolve Healing Initiative is a 3‑month private healing and mentorship journey for women who are ready to reconnect with their intuition, recalibrate their energy, and live in deeper alignment with their values. This is not a series of standalone sessions — it is an immersive, supportive container that blends energy healing, spiritual education, and personalized mentorship.
Who is this program for?
Evolve is designed for women who feel called to go deeper than on-going alignment healing. You may be navigating a life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, experiencing energetic burnout, or sensing that you are ready to step into a more authentic version of your life. This program is ideal for those who are open, self‑reflective, and committed to their inner work.
What makes Evolve different from single sessions or memberships?
Evolve is a structured, progressive journey with continuity, depth, and personalized guidance. Unlike single sessions or ongoing memberships, Evolve provides a clear beginning, middle, and completion — allowing for true energetic integration, nervous system safety, and long‑term transformation.
How often do we meet?
You will receive one live deep healing session per month (in-person or online), one live or recorded energy reset per month (online), and unlimited ongoing intuitive check‑ins and support between sessions (online). The rhythm is intentionally designed to allow integration, reflection, and sustainable growth rather than overwhelm.
How do I know if Evolve Healing Initiative fits into my schedule?
Great question! Please visit our contact page for our hours of operation. Please note that our healing sessions are always live and can either be held in-person or online. Live online energy resets will be recorded and do not require an appointment if it does not fit into your schedule. Intuitive check-ins do not need an appointment and will be delivered in an online text or voice message.
Do I need prior experience with energy work or spirituality?
No prior experience is required. Evolve meets you where you are and gently builds your understanding and capacity over time. All teachings are explained in an accessible, grounded way.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. The Evolve Healing Initiative is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. It is a holistic, spiritual, and energetic mentorship intended to support personal growth and self‑awareness. It does not replace professional mental health or medical services.
What kind of results can I expect?
Every woman’s experience is unique. Many participants report increased clarity, emotional regulation, intuitive trust, energetic stability, and alignment in their relationships, work, and sense of self. Transformation unfolds at your own pace and according to your readiness.
How much time should I expect to commit?
In addition to your monthly sessions, you can expect to spend time reflecting, integrating, and engaging with the provided workbooks. This program is designed to fit into real life while still offering depth.
Is this program confidential?
Yes. All sessions, communications, and shared experiences are held in strict confidence.
What happens after the 3 months are complete?
At the conclusion of Evolve, you may choose to continue your journey through single sessions or Ascend Memberships if ongoing support feels aligned. There is no obligation to continue beyond the container.

The Evolve Healing Initiative is a 90-day, immersive and private spiritual mentorship and healing container for women ready to deeply reconnect with their intuition, recalibrate their energy, and live in alignment with their values. This is not a series of sessions — it is a sustained, relational container offering ongoing support, intuitive guidance, and intentional integration.
