Align: what to expect
1. Jess will set sacred space with celestial lighting, candles, sage, palo santo, crystals, and the sound of a night time forest. She will connect to the universal life force energy of Reiki while setting the intention of your healing. 2. Jess will invite you to sit and chat about the intention of the session. She will then give you an aura reading to illustrate your current energy state. 3. Jess will then channel spiritual guidance through the use of oracle cards. 4. The forest sounds will then turn into the sound of ocean waves. Once you are in a comfortable position, Jess will invite you into a state of deep relaxation through a guided meditation. 5. The sound of the ocean waves will change to gentle healing frequency music and Jess will send the universal life force energy of Reiki to where you need it most. Jess will intuitively choose an essential oil to support your healing and apply it to her hands. With your permission, she may use a light touch to send the energy if she feels called to do so. 6. Jess may use the healing frequencies of tuning forks, which make a calming humming sound when held close to the ear. 7. The energy centers that Jess may address are: root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra, crown chakra, and soul star chakra. Jess may also send Reiki to various parts of the body. At any time, you may feel changes in temperature, tingling, emotional release, or, simply the feeling of deep relaxation. 8. By this time Jess will intuitively know where you may need a Shamanic energy clearing. She will talk you through another guided meditation with deep breathing to assist you in letting go of what no longer serves you. 9. Once Jess is finished sending Reiki she will change the music to light drumming and slowly bring you back to a fully conscious state. She will cleanse the space once more with sage and palo santo and give thanks for the assistance from Reiki. 10. It is recommended to drink plenty of water and get lots of rest after an energy healing session while your body releases toxins and generates new cells. 11.
