Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, membership, or program with Aura & Arrow, you agree to the following: All sessions and offerings must be booked and paid for in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule individual sessions; late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable and not transferable. Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Ascend memberships (3-, 6-, and 12-month commitments) and the Evolve Healing Initiative are commitment-based and non-refundable once started; memberships cannot be paused, downgraded, or canceled early, and unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full regardless of participation. Energy healing and intuitive guidance are complementary holistic healthcare practices and are not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment. Clients remain fully responsible for their own well-being, choices, and integration. Aura & Arrow reserves the right to discontinue services if boundaries are not respected.
